RedPrairie Continues its Growth in Transportation Management Through Stronger Alliance with Shippers Commonwealth

January 24, 2003 - Waukesha WI / Richmond VA – RedPrairie Corporation (formerly McHugh Software International, Inc.), the leading provider of real-time, end to end logistics solutions, and Shippers Commonwealth, LLC, the transportation system and services firm as “Powered by RedPrairie”, have announced expansion of their ongoing strategic alliance to best serve the needs of North American companies seeking advanced shipment planning and management systems.

Under the new multi-year agreement between the companies, Shippers Commonwealth will continue to provide Application Service Provider (ASP) programs for the renowned RedPrairie DigitaLogistix Transportation Management System (TMS), and in addition serve as Value-Added Reseller (VAR) of software license programs to select markets, to broaden the distribution channel of RedPrairie and augment the range of acquisition options available to shippers of any and all sizes. Shippers Commonwealth will provide sales, implementation, and support services for the RedPrairie TMS product suite as key market channel for RedPrairie.
