CHARLESTON, SC, and DULUTH, GA: January 28, 2008 — Euramax
International Inc., leading international producer of aluminum,

product applications in North America and Western Europe,
has announced a major supply and delivery chain improvement
program led by its Euramax Exterior Products (EEP) group.
This transportation improvement and automation program will
provide significant benefits and competitive advantage to
the company and its customers.
To power this new logistics network for EEP, the Company
has selected Shippers Commonwealth (”ShipComm”)
as its Transportation Management System (TMS) provider. The
new TMS is being deployed on a phased basis across the United
States. Major benefits of the TMS automation program for the
